Select the end of the removal housing that best fits the pulley hub. Slide the housing onto the pulley hub. 2. Slide the removal sleeve into the housing, followed by the forcing bolt. 3. Turn the forcing bolt until the pulley is fullly removed. 4. Remove the forcing bolt, sleeve, and housing from the pulley. Installation: 1. Clean the threads of the pump shaft. 2. Thread the nut onto th focing bolt. 3. Slide a washer onto the forcing bolt, followed by the bearing and the other washer. 4. Slide the assembly through the pulley, and thread the forcing bolt clockwise into the pump shaft until it stops. 5. Hold the focing bolt, and turn the nut clockwise until the pulley is fully seated.
